The Ad Operations Teamlead is responsible for the quality and professional provision of campaign management and trafficking of digital campaigns. You work closely with media planners from media agencies, operators, creative agencies and ad management parties. The team provides online trafficking for clients from all GroupM media agencies (Mindshare, MediaCom en Wavemaker), clients like Unilever, IKEA, Vodafone, Volvo, Nivea, Netflix, Fox Sports, Chanel and Subway.


what you do…

  • Drawing up creative specifications for a correct briefing to the creative agency
  • Checking, booking and trafficking of the creative materials in ad management systems Sizmek, Google Campaign Manager and Adform
  • Taking care of trackers, pixels and third-party measurement
  • Overall communication with stakeholders (advertiser / media agency) about the status of the campaign
  • Advising media planners to set up a measurement plan, tag management issues and market developments in the field of AdOperations
  • Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients, publishers, media agencies and operators
  • You manage 5 AdOps colleagues

you…

  • Bachelor thinking and working level
  • About 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Online Traffic or Ad Operations
  • Experienced in ad management systems (Sizmek and Campaign Manager)
  • Knowledge of (or interest in) HTML, Javascript and Flash and good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Word
  • Have good communicative skills, good knowledge of the English (and Dutch) language, spoken and written, are able to independently organize the work and set priorities, have good social skills and a strong sense of responsibility. You are aimed at a smooth, efficient and personal service to clients, you are stress resistant, accurate and able to maintain overview
